Commission B Legislator Supports Ingub No. 45/2020

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commissio B Legislator, Ahmad Yani assessed, the issuance of Jakarta Gubernatorial Instruction (Ingub) No. 45/2020 concerning Creation and Development of Artistic Ecosystem in DKI Jakarta Province is in accordance with Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 4/2015 concerning Betawi Culture Preservation.

We, DPRD, will support programs which benefit the community

According to him, this Ingub could be a reference for Regional Apparatuses Agencies (OPD) in carrying out sustainable development for Betawi culture and the others.

"This Ingub ensures arts development at urban village and sub-district levels, thus it can produce good quality artists in preserving Indonesian cultures, especially Betawi culture," he stated, Wednesday (7/29).

Commission B Appreciates PPKUKM Agency’s Effort to Market SME Products

Not only optimizing arts development, but he also expects this Ingub can support Tourism and Creative Economy Agency in promoting products made by Jakarta's artists as well as improve their welfare.

"We, DPRD, will support programs which benefit the community. Personally, I, as the native of Jakarta, will definitely support this policy," he asserted.
